How to Order: Online ordering on PROSPORT Caribbean is simple. Just follow the easy steps below.
Move through the site to find the products you want. You can do this by clicking on the category links at the top of the page, or by going to the search selector pages. When you have a product displayed that you wish to buy, click on the "Add To Cart" button. At this stage you can either select the ‘View Cart and Checkout’ option or continue shopping. Alternatively, you can click on the Shopping Cart Icon at the top right hand side of the page. This will take you to your personal shopping cart page. Please review your order and the quantities carefully. Then Select ‘Check Out’ to commence payment.
Please make sure you provide a valid email address when you shop so that we can contact you to keep you informed about your order.
When you have collected the items you want to buy in your cart, click on the ‘Check Out’ button to send us your order. You will need to enter your contact email address or phone number and shipping address before being able to proceed. You will be asked some questions about delivery details and how you want to pay for the goods, including your billing address. Please note all prices displayed on the site are in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars and are inclusive of taxes and duties.
The simplest option is to choose to pay by credit card online. If you do this, we will be able to send your goods as soon as you have completed the order process. We accept the following Credit Cards:
VISA / MASTERCARD
If your credit card does not operate in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars your card company should convert the transaction into your own currency on your statement. All transactions will appear on your statement as "Professional Sports Caribbean Ltd.".
All credit card and personal details that you send to us through the Internet are encrypted for your safety, which ensures they cannot be seen by anyone attempting to intercept your visit to our site.
However, if you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can contact us directly by phone or email to take your order. For Trinidad & Tobago customers only we will accept cheques in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars but we will not be able to start processing your order until we receive your cheque, and the cheque has cleared through our normal banking procedures, normally 5 working days.
Orders In Trinidad:
- Standard Delivery Service (3 Working Days) – within the Port of Spain Area and Environs
- Free Standard delivery on all orders over TT$200, within the Port of Spain Area and Environs. We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 3 working days.
- Orders outside of the Port of Spain area will be sent via TTPost Courier Service, and will be delivered within a 48 hour period (depending on the time of placing the order)
Express Delivery Service (Next Working Day) is available – within the Port of Spain Area and Environs
When placing your order, you have the option to choose an Express Delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm and will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Next Day Express Delivery services are currently only available in the Port of Spain and Environs areas. Please note that when purchasing of a Tennis Racquet and the Customer requires the racquet to be strung, a 48-72 hour delivery service will be required.
Express Delivery Charges - Port Of Spain and Environs - TT$50.00
Please note that express delivery services require a signature upon delivery.
Trinidad & Tobago: (outside of the Port of Spain & Environs)
Normally delivered within 5-7 working days.
For remote or difficult to access locations within Trinidad, we will contact the Customer directly to discuss suitable delivery options.
For products to be delivered to Tobago, we will use TTPost Courier Services. Depending on the order size, we will be able to quote the most suitable service for your requirements. Please Contact Us for a quotation.
Rest of the Caribbean:
Normally Delivered in 12 - 14 working days.
For products to be delivered in the Caribbean Region, please Contact Us at email@example.com for delivery charges.
Please note that due to current Distributor agreements, PROSPORT Caribbean is unable to ship Babolat equipment outside of Trinidad & Tobago.
PROSPORT Caribbean is not responsible for any import taxes due on deliveries where payable in certain countries where this applies.
