Delivery details

Orders In Trinidad (within Port of Spain and Environs):

• Standard Delivery Service (2 Working Days) – within the Port of Spain Area and Environs
• Free Standard delivery on all orders over TT$1000. We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 2 working days.

Express Delivery Service (Next Working Day) – within the Port of Spain Area and Environs - TT$100.00

When placing your order, you have the option to choose an Express Delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm and will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Next Day Express Delivery services are currently only available in the Port of Spain and Environs areas. Please note that when purchasing of a Tennis Racquet and the Customer requires the racquet to be strung, a 48 hour delivery service will be required.

Port Of Spain and Environs (Orders under TT$1000) -  TT$50.00 Postage Charge

Please note that express delivery services require a signature upon delivery.

Trinidad & Tobago: (outside of the Port of Spain & Environs)

Normally delivered within 5-7 working days.

For remote or difficult to access locations within Trinidad, we will contact the Customer directly to discuss suitable delivery options.

For products to be delivered to Tobago, we will use TTPost Courier Services. Depending on the order size, we will be able to quote the most suitable service for your requirements.

Rest of the Caribbean:

Normally Delivered in 12 - 14 working days.
